ROBERT J. ROSEPINK is a partner of Rosepink & Estes. Mr. Rosepink received his B.A. degree magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Amherst College in 1972 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1975 from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Rosepink has been an author and lecturer for the State Bar of Arizona and is a past chairman of its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. He is a member of the ABA and its sections of Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. He has also served for several years as Arizona reporter of Significant Current Decisions and Significant Current Legislation for those committees of the ABA Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. He is a Fellow and Regent of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, serving on its Fiduciary Income Tax Committee, and a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
