DAVID J. ESTES is a partner in the Scottsdale law firm of Rosepink & Estes. Mr. Estes received his B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1977 from the University of Arizona , where he graduated with Highest Distinction. He received his J.D. degree in 1981 from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley , where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Estes has been an author and lecturer for the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association; he is a co-editor of the Arizona Probate Code Practice Manual (Third Edition); and he was formerly Co-Chair of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Estes is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
